You need not to worry about your basic needs as our cottages are equipped with essential products like furniture, gas stove, crockery, microwave, television, telephone etc. cable connection is not restricted to only a particular room of the cottage, you will get the connection in all rooms.

You can notice that there are over thousands of resorts booking in Manali, but our place is overloaded with the tourists. You have to deposit some fixed amount of money to secure your booking with us.

Playing loud music, making noise and shouting is strictly not allowed.

Pets are allowed.

The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned & agreed upon at the time of booking.

We have parking facility for cars (not for bigger vehicles/tempo traveler etc.) in the premises but it’s entirely at the owner’s risk.

A valid photo ID is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors – in Gardens, Balconies and Verandahs.

We do not have air conditioning systems in our cottages however the fans are installed in rooms as well as in living rooms. For heating in winters we have bed warmers however electric room heaters can also be provided on request at an extra cost. The guests are advised to use the heaters until they are awake and switch off the electric heaters before going to sleep for safety purposes.

Bonfire and barbeque can be provided on request in the garden area till 10:00 PM only and both facilities are chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to provide these services.

Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.

Washing of clothes inside the cottages/ bathrooms is not allowed. We do have in-house laundry service available on a chargeable basis.

Housekeeping service will be provided once a day only.

Any breakage or damage by the guests of any items in the house/premises will be charged at actual cost basis.
