Not just a Cottage, it’s a traditionally built cottage style home nestled in the lap of nature. Far away from pollution, noise and chaos, it is rooted in a Apple fruit orchard, surrounded by Deodar forest and snow capped mountain. We have Peach, Plum, Apricot and Apple tree broccoli farms to please vegetables and fruit lovers. Visit us in the months of May -September to enjoy crunchy garden fresh fruits and in December to April to enjoy snow fall and springs or any time of the year to escape the maddening crowed of city. Come with family, friends or solo, you will love it!

BEDROOMS

1st floor one family suite Room with attached wash rooms having wooden flooring , 2 Deluxe rooms have queen size bed with attached washrooms ceiling and flooring is made of pine wood. 2nd. floor has 2 wooden cottage rooms with king size bed one room is small and other one is large room. Seating arrangement is made in local style on floor with Soltak and mattresses. Each room can accommodate 2 people (extra mattresses can be provided on extra cost) Fresh linen and pillows, Blanket , feather quilts are provided in all rooms. Wardrobes are available in all rooms, and televisions are available in all rooms.

Living Room

The purely pine wooden furnished Living area is located on the 1st floor with seating arrangements for 12 people on Sofa and chairs. This is common area for all guest . Dry kitchen is also on this floor to make tea/coffee.-

1. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 1. Shoes are not allowed inside the room and living area. Living area is common for all guests.

2. Alcoholic parties & blaring music system is not permitted as a mark of comfort of others.

3. Non vegetarian food is permitted for consumption only in the garden.

4. Meals will be served in dining hall only.

5. Washing clothes and cooking in the rooms is strictly prohibited .

6. All Accommodation Fees must be paid in full before check-in, Check in time is after 12.00 Noon & check out time is 10.00 AM. Accommodation charge are non refundable.

7. Intoxicating liquors or alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs are not allowed to be carried or possessed by guest in the property area.

8. Smoking is permitted only in balconies / garden areas. Hookah is not permitted.

9. Weapons or any deadly equipment are not allowed to be possessed or carried by the guest outside or inside the Property.

10. Please do not bring strangers without informing us.

11. Don’t put anything inside toilet seat as it may cause blockage. Any damages caused by the guest will be charged.

12. Do not leave your valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) unattended. We will not take responsibility for any loss on account of the same.

13. Please put off the Geyser, tap & all electrical units while leaving the room.
