Property is located in village Burua 6km ahead of Manali town towards solang Valley or Leh Highway. A beautiful stone and wood cottage with 5 bedrooms with mountain view and a terrace with 360 degreesvalley view with snow capped mountains. Surrounded by lush apple trees. Offering private room with breakfast, this place gives you wholesome rejuvenating spell during your stay in Himalayas.

Day Hiking, Paragliding, Trekking, Camping, fun with friends and families, intracting locals and glimpse the lifestyle and culture is another next level thing you would experience. Playing loud music, making noise and shouting is strictly not allowed.

Pets are allowed.

The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned & agreed upon at the time of booking.

We have parking facility for cars (not for bigger vehicles/tempo traveler etc.) in the premises but it’s entirely at the owner’s risk.

A valid photo ID is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors – in Gardens, Balconies and Verandahs.

We do not have air conditioning systems in our cottages however the fans are installed in rooms as well as in living rooms. For heating in winters we have bed warmers however electric room heaters can also be provided on request at an extra cost. The guests are advised to use the heaters until they are awake and switch off the electric heaters before going to sleep for safety purposes.

Bonfire and barbeque can be provided on request in the garden area till 10:00 PM only and both facilities are chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to provide these services.

Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.

Washing of clothes inside the cottages/ bathrooms is not allowed. We do have in-house laundry service available on a chargeable basis.

Housekeeping service will be provided once a day only.
