Include high speed Wi-Fi, power backup and a resident chef and caretaker who are fully vaccinated…and you have a home that is perfect for a family holiday or a work from home.

• Playing loud music, making noise and shouting is strictly not allowed.

• Check-in time is 1:00 P.M and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. No early check in or late Checkout can be done without prior consent of the owner.

• Pets are not allowed.

• The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned & agreed upon at the time of booking.

• We have parking facility for cars (not for bigger vehicles/tempo traveler etc.) in the premises but it’s entirely at the owner’s risk.

• We don’t have accommodation facilities for drivers. So, guests are requested to plan accordingly.

• A valid photo ID is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.

• Smoking is only allowed outdoors – in Gardens, Balconies and Verandahs.

• Freshly prepared vegetarian or non vegetarian meals from our kitchen are provided. The request should be made at least an hour in advance. We are unable to provide any service after 10:00 PM. We request you to place all orders before 9:00 PM. The kitchen opens at 7:00 AM.

• Bonfire and barbeque can be provided on request in the garden area till 10:00 PM only and both facilities are chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to provide these services.

• Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.
